Google just made a big move on Apple Pay!

Two big moves, actually. Google made a deal with Softcard for technology rights, and also made a deal for U.S. wireless carriers AT&T, Verizon Wireless and T-Mobile to pre-install its Google Wallet payments app on Android phones!
